I just wanted to check in with you about some of the concerns you mentioned in your post to let you know that the Web Importer is being worked on, but also to make sure that you've allowed mendeley.com in your popup blocker settings and that your version of java is up to date. If so, and you're using the bookmarklet on a page of an open access journal, and it still doesn't work, you are welcome to email mailto://support@mendeley.com so they can get things working for you. I also wanted to clarify what you meant when you mentioned annotation tools. I'm assuming you've opened a PDF in Mendeley Desktop and played with the annotation tools there? How can we improve these?
