QHow much do I have to pay for the service?

The service fee for utilizing instant remittance range between $5-$20 depending on the amount of the transfer. 

QWho can avail of the service?

The service is currently open to Philippine residents only and to those who wish to receive their money in the local currency. If you intend to receive your credit in dollar, unfortunately it is not offered at this time, but may be considered in the future.

QI use a different email for Paypal and for personal use is that ok?

Please make sure that you use the same email address when making the transfer and when filling out our form or communicating with us.

QIs there a minimum/maximum amount that I can send?

Yes. For first time users, the maximum amount accepted for remittance is $50 and the minimum is $25.

QI’d like to try your service but can you send it to my bank account instead MLhuiller or Cebuana?

The Paypal inquiry form has the option for you to choose a bank if you prefer to receive that funds through your bank. Currently, we can cater to BDO, BPI, Unionbank and soon will be available also through Chinabank. Please take note that your bank may impose an inter branch deposit fee so please take note that this will be an additional charge to your service fee. At this point, BPI is the one that currently offers inter branch deposits without any charge.

QCan I send the money to a friend or relative?

NO. To ensure that the Paypal account is not a victim of hacking, it is required that the name of the sender of the Paypal funds should also be the name of the receiver for the remittance. You are also required to send two (2) scanned identifications such as SSS, GSIS, postal ID or voters ID.

QHow long does it take for me to receive my funds?

For first time users, it will take 24hrs. While for those who’ve already done previous transactions with IPR, as soon as I confirm receipt of your Paypal transfer to my account it will take between 2-3 hours by MLhuiller, Cebuana, or LBC and other banks and up to an hour if done through BPI.
