There are actually 2 ways to login: first is with your username and second is using your card number. Don\'t forget, your password is actually your ATM pin number. If it still doesn\'t work, just call unionbank customer service. You can see the number at the back of your card and you can use your PLDT phone. What\'s great about UB is that CS is open 24hrs.
